Up to ten domain names responding to the same web site (separate fee per name payable to the responsible internet domain name authority.)

2. Three Hours of free design for re-deployment or new additions if you host with us and we design, this must be used within the first 45 days of the hosting. It is credited for your second year of hosting and is available only to PAII members

3 Up to 30 minutes of textual revisions are free per month for any site we host (non-cumulative).

4. Includes automatic updates to search engine optimization to your site. We do not feel you should renew your site with us unless you are getting results. It is that simple.*

*Some customers chose their own designers or to update their site on their own. Search engine optimization is not included in your annual hosting if you update and design your site your self.

5. Unlimited Secure FTP access to one's web site: the website owner can update all of his or her own site or just a small section such as a "specials and events" page. You decide ! We'll help you do it. YOU can update your own website by yourself?

6. Unlimited email addresses from your domain forwarded to a private address. Your domain name is used on the web site for inquiries. This also allows a the business owner to target market certain conventional advertising marketing areas. For example, one might place a special email address in a specific publication in order to determine the advertisement's effectiveness. (This can also be accomplished by placing a specific web site address such as http://yourdomain.com/yellowpagead.html and tracking traffic to that particular page.)

7. Up to 5 gigabytes of Unix server disk space and / or 750 gigabytes of average download per month. (This is an extremely generous figure, we just have to put a limit somewhere. Note, Other providers put even larger numbers here. A well designed web site should NOT be in the Gigabyte range, unless the site is HUGE... Please do not worry that your site will be shut down if you exceed these limits. WE host our sites on our OWN servers. Those who do not host on their own servers must worry about whomever they have contracted with because those "bulk" hosting companies will shut down a site if limits are exceeded until the next month)

8. ONE FREE template page on your site that YOU can update on your own over the ANY TIME YOU WANT web very easily.

Optional Services:

AWStats Package: This web statistics package allows one to access who is visiting one's website. If you are paying for other web sites to refer business to your site, this program is highly recommended. The investment is an additional $180.00 / year or $15 / month. A one-time set-up fee of $25.00 applies.

Full email account: Mail to AND from your domain with web access interface as well as IMAP, POP3, or HTTP access for the truly professional look. We also provide heuristic unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) and Virus filtering. NOTE: Mail is NOT saved on our mail server. The owner of the mail box is responsible for downloading all email from our mail server and maintaining a backup at his or her site. Furthermore, with today's spam filters placed on many email services, you agree that you will check that your email is working from your web site at least once per week.

Basic Design / Hosting Services

$300.00 US per year:

Basic web presence includes basic hosting:

1. Up to five pages with customer provided text and graphics.

2. Two Hours design for re-deployment or new additions if you host with us and we design, this must be used within the first 45 days of the hosting. It is credited for your second year of hosting and is available only to PAII members

3. ½ Hour per month (non-cumulative) for small textual changes.

4. Your own domain name an additional separate fee is payable to a separate domain name registry (the agency in charge of allocating domain names.)

5. Email at your own domain. This feature allows multiple email addresses @yourproperty.com to be forwarded to a private email address.

6. Listing on TMM's directory sites for the first year of hosting.

7. Full search engine readiness designed into your site (IF we design the site). We'll make certain that your site maximizes search engines, the free ones and those offering paid listings.

Full Design and Marketing Services:

TMM can design your property's web site. Our rate is $42.50 US per half hour. Most web sites take between ten and twenty hours to design for properties under ten rooms depending upon complexity.

We bill in one-half hour increments because often future maintenance of a web site can require only small amounts of time as one adds or deletes seasonal or weekend specials.

We do not charge for small textual revisions to a web site that take less than ½ hour, however there is a limit of one per month and it is non-cumulative.

Remember, TMM can design the initial web site and hand over maintenance to the property owner. We can do as much or as little as of the design and maintenance as you wish. We have been successful at designing templates for special sections of a web site that the property owner can maintain if desired. We can host one's site or design for hosting on a server of one's choosing. We can re-design and / or re-deploy an existing web site as well. Please feel free to contact us for an estimate.

Our concept.

Many well known corporations can be found on the internet by simply typing in the corporation's (or one of its product's) name. For example, the customer can successfully guess that the Coca Cola Company has its web site at coke.com, coca-cola.com, dietcoke.com, sprite.com or cocacola.com. In this case, The Coca Cola Company has its web site respond to all of the above addresses. In fact, most of its registered trademarked names, as well as permutations of those names, respond to the same web site.

Thousands, sometimes millions, of dollars have be spent to purchase a single domain name. Corporations around the world seek out domain names that will drive business to their web sites. Recently the domain name "Business.com" sold for 7.5 million dollars. They have seen the importance of an easily memorable and pertinent domain name. Their alternative is to spend millions of dollars branding a domain name for which they had to "settle".

Research has shown that consumers are more likely to find a web site based on its domain name's memorability and or relevance to the topic sought. TMM recognized this concept in 1995 and purchased as many domain names relative to the country inn / bed & breakfast industry as it could. Several names were already taken, however, they have since been sold to others over time. We realized that one of the greatest beneficiaries of the internet would be small local businesses with the need to advertise to the world within a budget that remained reasonable. Inns.net was born.
